Types of Information Collected
Sales Partnerships may collect two types of information from you via the Web Site: Personal Information and Browsing Information.
Sales Partnerships may collect the following categories of information (collectively, “Personal Information”):

In conjunction with Client Representation Activities, such information may include data tracking our representative activities including GPS locations of work performed, information associated with customer interactions, company demographic information such as business type and size, analysis of customer needs and goals, customer names and titles, and information to assure quality of service meeting a high level of expectations.
Use of Collected Information
We may use personal and browsing Information to provide services to you (or any third-party service provider who is obtaining services on your behalf or in connection with a transaction involving you) to improve our Web Site for you or for any third-party service provider; or to communicate with you and to inform you about Sales Partnerships’ and third parties’ products and services, jointly or independently. We may use comments, information or feedback that you submit in any manner we choose without notice or compensation to you unless prohibited from doing so by law. You expressly agree and consent to the use or transfer of the foregoing information in connection with any of the proceedings described in this Section by continued use of this Web Site (for Web Site users) or by not requesting your information be removed for individuals contacted through Client Representation Activities.
How Information is Collected from Web Site Users
Information may also be collected in the course of Client Representation Activities through in person interactions either by phone or face to face. Such collection of information shall conform to industry best practices and procedures.
What is a cookie? A cookie is a small piece of data that your browser stores and is used to collect information, such as identifying those areas of the Web Site that you have visited in the past in order to enhance your next visit to the Web Site.
Choices with Your Information
Whether you submit Personal Information or allow cookies to submit Browsing Information to Sales Partnerships is entirely up to you. You may opt out of any disclosure or use of your Personal Information for purposes that are incompatible with the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected or for which you subsequently gave authorization by following the instructions at the end of this Privacy Notice. The Sales Partnerships Web Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13. In the course of Client Representation Activities, we do not engage with or collect information knowingly from any individual less than 18 years of age or is not an emancipated minor. If any private information is collected accidentally from someone less than 18 years of age who is not an emancipated minor, we will remove it once our Privacy Officer or Corporate Officers have become aware of such data collection.
Privacy on Websites Other Than the Web Site
The Web Site may contain various links to other websites, including links to various third-party service providers. Sales Partnerships is not and cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any of those other websites.
Your California Privacy Rights
Although it is unlikely that any activities by us fall under California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations, we include the option for any individual who may have had information collected about them disclosed and/or removed. Under California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related California laws, California residents who provide certain personal information in connection with obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us information about any customer information about them we have shared with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. The period of time for which Sales Partnerships will hold your Personal Information or Browsing Information varies depending on the context.
- If Personal Information received via the Web Site is incorporated into a file as part of our representation of you or your employment with us, that information will generally be held until disposed pursuant to our Document Retention Policy.
- If your information was collected for any purpose other than our representation of your company or your employment with us, we will keep your information until (whichever is shorter) you direct us to stop or we determine we will cease marketing to you.
- In addition, we may maintain some portion of your information in order to maintain our internal marketing opt-out list, and any of your information that is stored in our physical files or electronic records will be held until it is purged pursuant to our Document Retention Policy.
